From I-65
Take Exit 74 A onto Old Hickory Blvd heading East. Follow Old Hickory Blvd. for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Nolensville Pike and follow for another 7 miles. Our office will be on the right. It is a 2 story white farmhouse with green shutters.

From I-24
Take Exit 62 onto Old Hickory Blvd heading West. Old Hickory Blvd. will become Burkitt Road. Follow for about 8 miles until it dead ends into Nolensville Road. Turn left onto Nolensville Road. We will be about 3 miles down on the right. Our office is a 2 story white farmhouse with green shutters.

From Hwy 840
Take Exit 42 onto Hwy 31A/41A heading North. Continue straight through the 4-way stop. Hwy 31A/41A will become Nolensville Road; follow for about 7 miles. As you enter the town of Nolensville, our office will be on your left just past the fire station. Our office is a 2 story white farmhouse with green shutters.

Take Exit 4 onto Hwy 153. Exit again onto Hwy 58 heading South to Amnicola Hwy and bear right. Follow Amnicola Hwy for about 5 miles. The clinic is on the left.

From I-24
Take Exit 178 onto Hwy 27 North and stay on the left ramp. Take Exit 1-C onto 4th Street and take the next left onto Chestnut Street. Take a right at Riverfront Parkway which will turn into Amnicola Hwy. The clinic will be about 3 miles down on the right.

Take exit 96 onto Rivergate Parkway heading East. Follow Rivergate Parkway for about 1 mile and turn Right onto Glancy Road. The clinic will be 2 blocks up on the right, on the corner of Glancy Road and Meadowlark Lane.
