Referring Veterinarians
We greatly appreciate our referring veterinarians and strive to be a ready resource for consults and information. We are happy to assist as little or as much or as deemed necessary. After every examination, a summary letter will be faxed back to the referring veterinarian’s office.
Referrals
When making a referral, please fill out one of our referral forms and fax it back to us. Please attach any recent blood work and/or information about chronic conditions. It is preferred that the client call our office to set up the appointment so as to better coordinate a time with their schedule.
